Overview

Āmalaki (Amla or Nelli) is amongst the best Rasāyana herbs to promote vitality, delay cellular ageing and promote total wellbeing. Amla is highly recommended to be used daily as a tonic. This adaptogen reduces stress and is considered to improve memory and cognition. High concentrations of Vitamin C and antioxidants present in Amla promotes longevity and is rich in anti-ageing, detoxifying, anti-inflammatory properties. Amla also promotes healthy skin and hair growth. It is also used by Ayurvedic practitioners to improve the health of blood, bones, digestive system, liver and skin.
