Overview

Triphalā (three fruits) is a revered Rasāyana in Ayurvedic medicine promoting longevity and rejuvenation.

 

“ “yath jarā viyadhi nāshyeth – tat rasāyanam” That which prevents ageing and disease is known as Rasāyana. – Caraka Samhita –

Triphalā enhances all thirteen Agnis (digestive fires), especially the Pācakāgni, the main digestive fire. Triphalā taken regularly is a powerful anti-ageing Rasāyana.

 

Triphalā encourages full elimination of body toxins by pulling stagnated Āma or toxic residue from the digestive tract. What to Expect:

100 g of Dried Triphalā Rasāyana Powder

How to Use

½ – 1 teaspoon to be taken mixed with ¼ teaspoon of Ghee and ½ – 1 teaspoon of Honey. Once daily, before meals preferably in the morning. If you cannot take Ghee or Honey you may mix with water. Add ½ – 1 teaspoon of Triphalā Rasāyana powder to ½ a cup of boiled and cooled water and keep overnight. Strain and drink in the morning before meals.
